So, who am I?

I’m Josette, owner and travel advisor at Hidden Horizons Travel, LLC and your traveling best friend. Growing up in Texas we never left the state since it was so big and in my parent’s opinion, had everything they were looking for in a family vacation. I vowed to one day leave the state and see the world; or at least another state! Fast forward, I took my first flight and finally left Texas for a vacation at the age of 20. Guess what? I caught the travel bug and am now a travel fanatic. My favorite journeys are enjoyed most with my husband as well as our once a year family vacations with all our six adult children and their significant others. I now reside in Michigan with my husband, Todd, and our 4 canine fur-babies.

After many years working in the dental field, I decided to begin a new adventure in the travel industry. The excitement and joy I feel finding hidden horizons helps me to create a first-class experience for you. I will gladly research, negotiate, compare and book all-inclusive resorts, flights, cruise travel, insurance, car rental, tours, attractions, dinner reservations and much more. I want to help you have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. You should not need a vacation from your vacation!!

Mission

My mission is to inspire people to take their dream vacations beyond the hidden horizons of this earth by providing exceptional customer service and creating a vision of the world anyone would be inspired to wander about. Travel is good for the soul and mental health; therefore, I will deliver the most relaxing, yet exciting experience.

Purpose

To provide personalized advising and booking services for travel clients wanting a reliable, stress-free experience. The destinations of specialty are the Caribbean, Key West, Mexico, Canada, Central America and the United States. The special travel interests will consist of romance which will include romance travel, groups, all-inclusive resorts, Disney and ocean and river cruising. I will work directly with travel suppliers to get the best rates and benefits.
